Compañia Mexicana de Danza Folklorica and El International Mariachi San Juan

Compañia Mexicana de danza folklorica & Mariachi International San Juan is the perfect combination of top-class dance and music. Mexico, consisting of 32 different states, has a rich culture of dance, music and traditions and you will see that during Op Roakeldais. This group will show the diversity of Mexico and even bring a orchestra with 13 Marichi musicians!

The group is currently developing a special theater dance production called ‘Viva el muerte’ in collaboration with Op Roakeldais. A theater show in which include about 45 local actors, dancers and musicians to take the audience into the history of Mexico and their rich dia de muertos tradition. A catchy production with a message full of variety and integration with acting, dance and music. The play is in the hands of director Menno Kloosterhuis, supervised by creative production manager Mawi Hernandez and Soni Alfredo from Mexico. Together they have been working on shaping this piece for months.
