Nkrabea Dance Ensemble

The Nkrabea Dance Ensemble has a large repertoire of dances and singing ranging from work-based dances to ritualistic. There are also dances based on old legends and folk-tales. Our dances are rich in costumes, antique artefacts and props. The ensemble has travelled all around the World to share the richness of cultural dances and music from Ghana and has many positive recommendations.

The group has a maximum touring strength of 25 professional drummers and artists, singers and acrobats and the are excellent to share not only on stage but also as workshop group in interaction with the public by sharing folktales, demonstrations, drumming and folk singing.
